Meet the team

Dr Ashleigh McMurrie

Director, Osteopath and Clinical Pilates instructor.

Ashleigh grew up in Melbourne where she was heavily involved with swimming and football umpiring. After finishing high school, Ashleigh went on to complete her Bachelor in Biomedical Science, followed by Bachelor of Applied Science (Honours) majoring in Molecular Biology, before finding herself completing the 5 year degree, Bachelor of Health Science/Bachelor of Applied Science (Osteopathy) at RMIT.

Soon after completing her degree Ashleigh and her now husband Michael moved to Seymour, as she felt that regional Victorians were lacking the health system as metro Melbourne had.
Ashleigh has continued her study in a Graduate Certificate in Health Psychology where she explored the psychology of Chronic Pain. Her passion areas are chronic pain and pelvic health (pre & post partum).

Ashleigh has also completed her Clinical Pilates training, which she is hoping to integrate with her osteopathy skills to get people back into movement.

In her spare time, you will find down at Longwood Football Club as the Head Trainer/Osteopath for the Redlegs! Or, spending at home with her family; Michael (husband) and Scarlett (daughter).

Ashleigh is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and is a current member of Osteopathy Australia.

Lyndel Burke

Reformer Pilates Instructor

Pilates has always been a passion, having practised for over a decade and enjoying the benefits, both physically & mentally. In 2021 I began studying with Breathe Education and became a qualified Mat & Reformer Pilates Instructor. Having always had an interest in health & movement, particularly as we age, Pilates was the obvious choice. I love that pilates is gentle on the body and truly is available to all, no matter age or ability. As an instructor I enjoy watching participants progress with their practise, achieving results and to just be out moving.

Lyndel has grown up in Euroa and raised her beautiful family here as well.

Previosuly owned and operated a successful business in Euroa for 20 years. Now works full time at a local Accounting Firm.

Lyndel enjoys spending time with her family and friends, being outdoors and always has health and wellbeing at the forefront of her mind!
